About me... I have a a great feeling & love for luna park sydney since mum rolled me up in my pram to the face on my 1st trip there in 1972 i just seen the arthur barton face ole king cole & the the martin sharp clown version in 1973 it was just spellbounding. I was devasted in 1979 after the ghosttrain fire & the demise of the park & in 1988 i joined forces with sam marshall,peter kingston & martin sharp To help save the park i became a member of folp friends of luna park,i was so joyful of the new plans to get the park up & running again & in the 1990s seeing the re-building progress made me happy when it re-opened was just the best to see it alive again & to see the park close & the big dipper removed was sad & a waste & then to see it close again & re-built again.My biggest hero of the park is ofcourse...Tony malony.
